 Atul Kapadia is Managing General Partner at Bay. His investment experience includes early stage investments in Lightlogic (acquired by Intel), Amber Networks (acquired by Nokia), Auroranetics (acquired by Cisco) and Afara Web Systems (acquired by Sun). Prior to Bay, Mr. Kapadia served as President and CEO of Maple. He also served in sales and marketing leadership roles at Cadence and Arcsys (IPO: ARCS). Mr. Kapadia acquired hands-on hardware engineering experience in the microprocessor team at Sun Microsystems. He began his career as a Research Associate at the Harvard/MIT Interdisciplinary Biomedical Engineering program. |

 Brian Dougherty is currently the founder and CEO of Airena, Inc. In his 25 years on the high-tech scene, Mr. Dougherty has founded a number of highly successful companies including Imagic, Geoworks and Wink Communications, and has been integral to the start-up of more than a dozen others. Blending strategic experience gleaned from the technology, communications and interactive entertainment industries, he serves on the Board of Directors with a number of public and private companies including THQ, Neomagic Corporation, Salon Media Group, PlanetWeb and Bluemug in addition to his seat on the Board of TAG Networks. |

In addition to his role as Executive Director and Board Member of TAG Networks, Mr. Whims currently serves on the Board of Directors of Portal Player, THQ, Inc., Gigex, Canesta and ImpactXoft, among others. |

 Jeff Dunn most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of the Nickelodeon Networks group and as the President of Nickelodeon Film and Enterprises. During his more than 12 years at Nickelodeon, Mr. Dunn's business acumen and strategic thinking helped establish the group as one of the most profitable business units in all of the entertainment industry. He began his career with Time Magazine, serving in a variety of marketing and general management positions. Mr. Dunn, who graduated with honors from Harvard College, received his MBA degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. |

 Paul Vais has a broad range of international operating and investment experience across multiple sectors, primarily in semiconductors, software, media and entertainment. His career includes 14 years in leadership roles in technology companies and 12 years in private equity. Formerly the lead technology and telecommunications investor with Apax Partners in Menlo Park, Mr. Vais currently serves on the board of directors TAG Networks, Silicon Optix and Innovalight. Past investments led include Jamdat Mobile, Oblix, Ravisent Technologies, Rendition and Active Software. Before entering the private equity sector, he was with NeXT Computer, where his responsibilities included systems engineering, European operations, and worldwide marketing. Prior positions include Manager of Systems Engineering with Apollo Computer and consultant to IBM, Olivetti, and numerous early-stage companies, providing expertise in strategic marketing and technology development. |
